REQUIREMENTS
To run SHP you need a web server (php enabled) and a mysql server. Although designed unders Windows using Abyss Web Sever and MySQL, SHP has been tested on the follow configurations;

Windows XP, Abyss Web Server, MySQL, PHP5

Windows 2003, Apache, MySQL, PHP4

Linux (Redhat), Apache, MySQL, PHP4

Linux (SUSE 10.1), Apache, MySQL, PHP5

If you know SHP to run on any other configuration, please lets us know so that it can be added to this list.

I have checked your file request and the reason you have not received anything is because you requested all files, ie. the main package, updates from previous packages, all add-ons and the dummy file. This in turn marks the request as bad and it is then automatically denied. Try requesting the package you want instead of simply filling in every available field.
