as for admin thingy..
if you would just read the script...
you would surely found this line

if($checkperm1['level']==2)

which means you need permission 2(and not 3) for being admin
it takes about 30 seconds to find out that:o:p

Anyway what wappy edits always has errors thou the script.

like sweet said use drwap at lest he can code a site not edit to make it bad like wappy
