I saw in this topic: http://www.2wap.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=2561 was some ppl who wanted English Wap Drag (or like other call it Racer Game Online or smth like that), so I translated. ;) I didn't added translation there because it's locked. 
What I did:
1. Translation. (if there is some things what I didnt translated or bad translated write here I will say what it means)
2. I created mysql.php without writing many times same thing. (don't forget to configure it.. don't forget configure titles too..)
P.S. I didn't changed any query just Lithuanian words.
