Its very easy to install it jst follow the guide provided by phpbb. You have to upload all the phpbb files to server nd frm webbrowser point to install directory nd it wud tell u steps . u also have to make database before proceeding there nd in few steps it is installed ..and ready to use.. u can add mods at ua will after tht which also coem in XML files are veru discriptive in theselves..
