Hy anyone know a code , a script for detecting an IP DYNAMIC , that meen to stop a voting if his ip was change like Disconnect and reconnect the network ... i think it is need cookies ? THX

here is a code.make ip_ban.php
[attachment=1558:ip_ban.php]
then make input.txt upload them and CHMOD 777 the input.txt

nothing you can do about it only to ban the ips subnet which is only way plus dont see the point in actually doing this as mostly all ppl with mobile phones have a dynamic ip
