Help Installing Chat Script

Guys I'm new and i dont know about php, what's the best chat script for you? ( a chat with private messages, rooms, profils+photos,smileys, moderates, admin(s),,,,)

if possible someone to help me step by step to install the script, i can give the password and username of my host.
