Downlod nahi ho raha hai

On coding-talk for some reason if you try and download the file whilst not logged in. It gives you a bad cookie that prevents you from being able to download the file whilst logged in (It takes you to a white page)
The solution is to clear your cookies and then re-login and then download the file.
