Ok so I've been searching here and couldn't find V4 of ghostcommunity only V2 so I decided to upload it as its been sitting in my yahoo email for almost a year I think. I offer no support. Please read the readme file its a very simple and easy to install script u must just be able to read.... Got it "READ THE READ ME FILE" lol.
Its a flatfile community and chat script loosely made to look like coding-talk forum layout. And now just for those that won't read the readme file I will copy it here. So don't ask for any instructions as its here already...

------------- INSTALLATION -------------
1. Upload all files/folders to your server (except this readme.txt file And DATABASE-FIXER.php) REMEMBER to upload the .htaccess files that comes with the script. it creates protection for your .txt files and adds seo options and other things
2. Goto yoursite.tld/INSTALL.php (yoursite.tld = your site address) and follow the instructions there. (Delete INSTALL.php Once Finished)
3. Change info inside config.php to your sites needs (located in core folder)
4. thats it. installation complete. Goto yoursite.tld to enjoy your new site (yoursite.tld = your site address)

I Decided To Modify The Existing "PHP TIME FUNCTION" To Display A "Server Time: 04:30pm" At The Bottom Of All Pages So Users Has The Option Of Knowing What The Server Time Is If They Want It.

(Changed) Added All Javascript/Jquery Codes To 1 Single File And Included It Into All Files This Saves Having To Have Multiple Copies OF The Same Code Floating Around The Script. File Is Located In Core/Includes Folder Named jscripts.php Addition Info: Javascript/Jquery Etc Is Wrapped In Php Code For Easy Implementation.
