try commenting out lines by putting a # at the start of the line until you don't get the status code 500,
its more than likely you dont have gzip or mod rewrite

or alternatively create a new script and add this to it:

to find if you have got them on the server you are using

find code in _class_curl.php :

and change the number 1 with 0
