i'm surprised no one posted this one? its among top cms on visavi..
another russian-made one, it has english translation but needs a bit of work as its google-translated :P

nice little cms, current version is 1.8.11. has partial mvc (model and view, haven't seen controller but its nonorthodox either way)
has chats, forums, news, online list, downloads, share (another downloads? haven't seen the difference lol), static pages, supports modules/themes, easy theming (css, head html and foot html, wap/web, ability to be web compatible but there's no web theme), nicely coded and v2 on its way, v2 is a rewrite (beta atm) and looks promising (has wap/mobile touch/web themes, lots of features)
