uisnign on hostgator not working for me

also get the line 210 error.and i also removed it.also in apanel when clicking filemanager then get page could not be found for fmanager.html there is not even files like this.

i cant seem to find this line in any of this files $site_path_variable - with your-site.com/script

only think working is i get into apanel.
