Online Rar to Zip converter

Can some one provide me rar to zip converter ( like when we upload a rar file in our server we cant extract it na? ) so is there any script like that ? which will convert rar archive to zip so that we can extract it on our server !

i have rar to zip script but it is written in some unknown language ! i can't understand anything. if you guys can modify it or can you pls post anything like that?

hey bro can u provide me working rar2zip script?

you will have to choose proper charset
in text editor to get proper chars displayed
then google translator will do the job
to learn Russian or PHP is kind a same s**t...
if you need it and if there a will, you will do it...
and theres a lot of difference between Russian and Slovenian language
