Url upload help

When i upload files to my webservr using url upload it only uploads 4mb file, plz tell me how to increase file limit? ?
Im using 000webhost.com

I don't think 000webhost allows for bigger files to be uploaded haven't used them in years even if u upload zip files on their own filemanager/ftp ur only allowed I think up2 4mb
