Here is a simple cahing sytem to make uR site fast

place cache_start.php at ur script starting
and cache_end.php at end of script

It would keep the cache for 10 minutes right ? but then it may cause problems with AD systems. Its a double edged sword!

well the caching script isn't bad, you could use a hidden html code like <!-- ad -->, in the pages which should be cached, which you can replace later in the cached page with your ad.
