its already created, you need to import it to phpmyadmin
nad set proper credentials in conf.php
if you cant do that, maybe wap mastering isnt for you ?

mate use my pr0vided .htaccess if doesnt work meanz url rewriting is not enabled in your hosting and about admin goto phpmyadmin then set admin to 1 of your id
