you have to try setting the locale, read about it on php.net

Added after 12 minutes:

Just do something like

strlen(utf8_decode($string)); 

at the core where it validates string length.

its still not sending arabic language when i try i get this error Invalid message character length. Or tell me how to add it and i will try to do,.. Thanks dude

This service was working fine and message was delivered since morning as per the tutorial above.. Suddenly Now, I have not made any changes, though it says SMS SENT, sms is not being delivered when checking on my own number. What might be the reason?

whatever the reason its not from the script, report that on tropo forums

i can only make the class support languages on presentation. I cant make tropo accept whatever language youre sending it with. I really dont see any reason to add internalization to such a small script though so you'll hve to translate it manually if you want to
