how many ads ?
is only one header Ad , if somebody think that is not right to allow 1 Ad on a free service he can replace that Ad code from his grabber .
Leaving that Ad you can put your own Ads , but i repeat that for a free service is not a discomfort to allow 1 Ad as thanks .
PS: http://video.69tube.mobi/index_service.php , maybe you see the main site where is true there are 3 Ads but that are not on grabber .

-only download links are going to xshare .
-also it has other template , with few options from conf.php like ADS READY
