I will buy your traffic

I need some traffic to my sites:
- It must be non adult traffic;
- Country isn't important;
- I can pay via Paypal, Webmoney...
- I am interested in buying for clicks, or buying for time period (like for 1 month)
- I'm interested in bigger amount, if you can provide 1-10 clicks per day it's not enough for me.
- I can't pay a lot and I expect your prices will be lower that in ads networks. So please, send me suggestions only if your prices are lower than in ads networks.
Perhaps you will ask "why I should sell?". The answer is simple:
- I will pay in advance. Not after 1 or 2 months like ads networks.
- I will provide 100 % fill rate. ;)
- I will not "ban" you like ad networks. So you will not loose your money.
- In ad networks you get only 50% of click price. Also perhaps you have mentioned, that despite in ads networks for advertisers minimal price is 0.02 USD per click, you as publisher often earn only 0.003 USD per click...Or even less. And still you have risk to loose all those money any time - your account can be suspended without any explanations.
