Hi, for a start you can use a shared web hosting with ffmpeg installed like gigapros.com

then when your site grows, you can start moving to vps and dedicated server.

zhaff, this script consumes a lot of CPU resource...i dont think share hosting allows this.

Furthermore, there are a lot of free converter software...friendly and easy to use...why must we need this in web base?

Your site is nice...just that not practical.
