2 antivirus programs have picked this up as a generic trojan?

It does not contain any virus or malicious code (its a false alarm/warning). It's a Cproxy account generator using yahoo email. Anyway, it's the code not the executable program that i will sell so don't worry about viruses.

Im guessing its a signature problem >.< - really sucks when they want $400 a year to sign for it to say its safe.

Have you "self signed" it? (It didnt work for me, on one of my scripts i made a few years back as mine could have been used as a ddos program - I dont like limiting users.).
