So just for my clarification, in the admin panel I can post my mobile adsense code, and then the users that register get a html code to paste on their site. When that link is clicked, my adsense ad get clicked?
Wouldn't that drive the CTR through the roof and get me banned?

Yes adsense will ban if you use this script!

They will all work because ads are shown 1/3 times, other than that there is a default ad that links to a page with ads.
Just mobpartner CPA would be sure 100% safe.

No problem, it also tries to trick adsense in a way, example if you put an adsense code, adsense will recieve like 3 or 4 impressions extra if the page loads.
