Hi i would like to know if some one send email using my email by mail() function in anysite how can i know or how can i prove that that mail doesnt sent by me.

How did you kn0w that your email was being use by spammers? As far as i kn0w you can't prove that the mail was sent by you unless the recipient contacted you to ask about the mail. It's easy to fake email. Even me, i can send you email using admin@coding-talk.com email or even admin@facebook.com but the recipient can't reply me from my mail, but if he/she compose an email then he will be able to send it to the original owner of that email address.
