Russian programmers are really great. As I speak russian, I have possiblity to use their projects. Their tools for traffic driving are impressive also - I have never seen anything similar in english language.
I don't think they doesn't speak english. Perhaps part of them just doesn't want to do that. I was looking for partners in Russia, so I was writing e-mail in English. And I've got responses to almost all e-mails.

By the way, for attracting of Russian speaking users for Mobtron I have used Заработок в wap, раскрутка сайтов. You can review features using google translator. They have many interesting methods how attract users, increase page rank in one advertising system. Starting from usual links exchange, banners exchange and ending with "tests", "surfing", "articles directory".

Sandr, I know russian. I know, that if you look to russian version of Mobtron, you can call into question my knowledge :D. Because translation is terrible. Actually it was made with google translator by core team of Mobtron. Currently I am working on fixing errors and hope we will upload "clean" russian version this week.
