hi there all here is a email i got today about copyright of wapdesire scripts

Dear Sir

I understand that our client Mr Frank Grant has been in communication
with you regarding a case of aledged copyright infringement of his
materials.

As you are no doubt aware copyright owners may lodge copies of their
work with ourselves to ensure that there is an independently verifiable
record of the date and content of their work as evidence of copyright.

Mr Grant has explained to us that you have requested confirmation that
he has registered her material with ourselves. To that end I can confirm
the following:

I can confirm that Mr Grant did register a work titled "wapdesires
scripts" - registration number 276350 with ourselves on the 16th of
August 2007.

I can also state that in the application Frank Grant and Chris Anderson
were named as the legal owners, and that in making the application Mr
Grant did warrant that he was a copyright owner of the deposited
materials (in accordance with the terms and conditions of registration).
