    webmin and virtualmin for me, just made a module for it for my new script

    other ones are ispconfig, kloxo (which is just like cpanel) and interworx
    also some webserver only one like cherokee webserver which is very good

    those are just the ones i've used personally, but i would recommend going with webmin for an alternative to cpanel/plesk plus it's free
