now a days my IN hits to besttop reduced, so i just clicked in my code but it didnt counted In hits. what happened to it, what is the system for In hits in besttop?

its IP + browser, because to use only ip for mobile networks is not a good idea.

gumslone, you are blocking the counter of many sites, i see some site where your counter are not display. also my site counter is blocked by you. i don't know what you think and what you get for this.
