help for operating system in dedicated server

i have a dedicated server with os centOS 4.7 - 32 bit installed, i have to upgrde it to 64 bit. suggest me the best from the follows.

centOS 5.3 64 bit
freeBSD 6.4 64 bit
freeBSD 7.2 64 bit
debian 4 64 bit
Ubuntu 8.x 64 bit

and there isn't a best OS all of them are good, there all linux and not windows
everyone says centos/fedora/red hat as they natively support the common control panels like cpanel

personally i use freeBSD, memory imprint on te server is low, rarely any technical issues and it's fast
