I cant understand this. but usually these sites get banned. check out admobsucks.com, most people who get banned use youtube api

people should use admob only if they are sure that they are not providing any kind of illegal downloading.

personally i dont like admob because they took 1-2 days only to verify website.. they can reject such site at their verification time
but..
they like to suspend site only at payment time.

Thats a new information, But i think these sites are banned because youtube does not meet the TOS of AdMob
