ADMOB- Need Payment Info!!

this is my 1st time to reaceve admob payment... I created admob acount in ougust now i have more than 100$ in my ac.. I have given paypal id in my admob bt when i wil get payed??? Plz help me!! And plz help me abot adtwirl also when i wil get payment of adtwirl!! Thanx!

well they will send you an email about your payment mostly if you register on 1st of January then they will send you payment first week of march

they will pay you on october.
