it would be much better to estimate price of your work if you show us a demo.

depends .. the indifun script which has a lot of stuff goes for 120 USD but i would not opt for that, simplicity rules .. so 80 USD for a neat (light on server) script wont be a bad asking. Also i dont understand gzip at level 3 , level 1 is good enough.
