that but with different urls please can someone help me? will changing my root passwords solve this problem?

first remove virus from your pc. then change that malicious codes.

Uhm remove viruses, that cant be the problem beacuse it happens when even when my pc is off, and its not free hosting, its quite a kickass dedicated server lol, so can anyone help?

Do a scan of your PC and make sure there are no Trojans/viruses capturing your ids/passwords change ALL passwords especially FTP, it is likely your passwords have been compromised. Never store/save your passwords in your FTP client, use secure FTP if available.

The virus is injecting itself in your server through your ftp client so its on your system, first sanitize your system, then look for bad code on your server .. arrange files according to date modified and you shall find the culprit

Dat ****n j.S code appear in my old freeh0st bef0re. i just upload my index.php .. Da r0ot becme ygg.Co.Cc/upload/web/index.php so all my script files appear in d screen lol..
