besttop.mobi not approval my site???

i register one site on besttop.mobi. they did not approval my site. my site id 63739.i didnt know the reason for not approval my site.no members are not response me. so that only i post this message...

maybe cos there was a rotten egg sitting in the corner of your site that smelt really bad
or maybe cos it already has 6 million other adverts on it already
or maybe your site is a copy of someone elses site that already has an account with besttop.mobi
or maybe your site has illegal items on it.
or maybe because "y" has got a curly tail

i have a moderator who aproves the sites at besttop,
we do not aprove sites which contain oly external links,
or redirect domains.
