Looking for a Web Dev team

hi all i have recently started a gaming server and i am now looking for a web developing team.
the team will not be paid but they can be rewarded in someways and ill be willing to help with any problems they run into this team will simply be to design and create/ maintain the website.

no i wana code the website around the games DB so it is completly orignal cms for the server

i can help only if your doing gameservers like callofduty, battlefield etc etc currently run a few of them atm
