I am creating a new CPA ad network with competitive rates, initially, it will support Payoneer and Paypal if you have Paypal that will be a plus.

Someone trusted would get the money to pay affiliates to their PayPal accounts.
Your job will be to provide customer support and recruit webmasters with streaming/multimedia traffic only, at first, you get a %5 commission of each of their earnings.
Example: If you recruit 30 webmasters, each making $1000 a month, $30,000, you will get $ 1500/Month, I think a big website alone can make $30,000 by itself, though, I will figure out ways to increase revenue later, already have some more ideas.
You will be paid for providing customer support as well.
I already purchased 3 domains, with SSL for payments, the main website and already have offers, initial traffic in place.
I'm about 3/4 done programming the script.
