i earned upto 20 from adiquity but they banned me saying i have adult site without any notice to remove it or get banned
earned 10 from adtwirl wasted em on advertisement :O :D
now only earnings is 0.1 to 0.5 cents per day very low

I once got permission put adverts onto a site that got a good amount of visitors and received about $30 cheques from Google every month. As for the actual click-through figures I didn't really check or keep track of them.

Adblock is biggest problem but found a way to get rid of adblocks my site now shows ads even when adblock is there but no traffic so probleming
