Website suspension

Please masters in the house i was refer here by @Ghost
i am new in php. Please my website has been suspended because i install a malicious script. My problem is that i don't even know wether a script is malicious or not.
Please can anybody be kind enough to tell me how i can detect or know if a script contain a malicious or hacking codes that can lead to suspension? I want to start another website now but am afraid of being suspended again.

2, is there anything in php files have exec, shell.
3, did the script come from here?

he didn't know the script is malicious,and what about antivirus programs on your pc?I supouse they are blind on one eye ....
