Java mobile app development... kind off

Hey guys

Long time

So I've been out of the website related business for a while now... And I'm just starting to get into it... So now I have like something new that I want to do

I want to know if there is anyone on here that can help me
I want to create... Or want a app created that is like a instant messaging app for mobile

At first all it should be able to do is send text messages between two users... Later new users should be able to download the client and the register as a user...

Anyone here that can help me.. Or point me in the right direction

there is lots of thing to do. interface, data tranfering, data storing ect
