site sql on other host

Hiii..plz tel how to host one site sql on other vps host..only sql..??

Go to phpmyadmin select the database click on export.
you can select any options applicable for example like zip(inside the zip it as the sql), or else the sql directly.
to make it work with the other vps host you will have to import it in the other vps host phpmyadmin easy isnt it?
you will have to configure the configurations as well according to your other vps host

usually the server owner will give you proper details for MySQL,
and you will insert those details on othere server to your *.PHP file where you got details for MySQL connection
