    Help with web security.

    I've lost count how many times i've heard about people hacking lavalair, now can you guys share some security tips please?
    i was thinking since i'm about to allow users to upload photos if maybe "JUST MAYBE" if :
    1. stripping unnecessary permissions.
    2. resizing images
    3. deleting the original photos and
    4. Saving the resize photo as a .png files would decrease chances of being hacked?

    Or what are your suggestions?

    rename your image then don't show where you install the files...
