3gp video streaming on dedicated server via ffmpeg

i run a video site on a dedicated server. i have installed ffmpeg in that to get thumbnails etc... wat im looking for is to provide users streaming option for every video. i saw on some sites they use link as rtsp://domain.com/video.3gp to stream it on mobile devices. but when i try it with my video location it fails. so can anyone tell me to sort out this issue? do i need to install something else in my server to make that link works? pls reply
