if he was arrested for pirated music this is not a big crime may be submit some fine "kuki india me le de ke chalta hai" but if he was trying to hack that is non bellable crime so this is a goog warning for hackers !!

No it was not done for hacking and you still cool to be jail for MP3 downloading sites this site is still class as WAREZ free mp3 is like hacking but they eat you to you die.
