Just go to unionbank and apply for eon card for 300php/year ... Upon receiving your eon card go to unionbank's website and register your account then go to paypal to link your card.. Get your 4 digit pin fr0m your online account in unionbank then input that code in paypal and its done! I have verified my paypal in just 7days upon applying for eon card. When my earnings reflects on my paypal i can easily transfer it fr0m my eon card (atm) to withdraw the cash.
