Paypal payment using HDFC debit card ???

This will be my last post in this misguided topic
1) People who say that HDFC VCC works are possibly retarded or have no idea about what they are talking.
2) Its true that one can create VCC, and one can pay via that VCC, but there is no service from HDFC to get the payment receipt number.
3) PayPal requires verification of Credit Card by subtraction about 1 dollar or so from the Credit Card, you are then requested to provide the transaction number to PayPal, this is not possible as HDFC VCC transactions get notified in your bank account statement as Date and VCC number and there would be no transaction ID posted there.
4) For Verification via Account deposit, you first need to provide your account number to Paypal i.e. after account creation with PayPal. PayPal would them make two small deposits, cumulatively of less than 10 rupees. These deposits will be made within a week time of application for deposit. Once your receive the deposits like 1.23 rs and 2.11 rs, you are supposed to provide the two unique transaction amounts (paise included) to PayPal. If the transaction amounts are correct, your account stands verified.
5) Only verification is not enough, even after verification, your transfer limits are limited to 500 USD per month and you cannot withhold money in your PayPal for more than a week. Also you need to have a PAN card for withdrawing money from your PayPal account.

VCC is working like charm...and u dont need to confirm ur CC in payapl for a payment...You can send payments even without confirming the CC. The CC confirmation is mandatory for the paypal a/c verification process only....if urs is already a verified paypal a/c , u can send payments w/o confirming the CC.... The only prob wit HDFC VCC is, dat it expires after every transaction and u need to create new VCC, and obvsly remove the previously used VCC number and add new in Paypal........

i tried with pnd debit card, paypal accepting it, but 4 digit code in not showing in bank passbook, may be it will show in internet banking

Use HDFC Netsafe VCC card for making payments only & you can also use it your paypal for payments.

Please, do not fool people with wrong information. HDFC VCC does not ever get verified.

Yea, use account deposit verification method. First create a paypal account, you donot have to verify it during creation, next verify it with account deposit method, you can send email to paypal support and get step by step guidance in this regard. Btw you need to have a PAN card registered for tax id confirmation.

just go to axis bank open a saving a/c with 5000 deposit and ask for platinum international debit card, its working 1000000000000000000000000000%
i m using in 2 a/cs of paypal.
u can also pay to hosgator, name.com, godaddy.
