Paypal never accept Indian debit card. Try to find Easy credit card through Axis bank .paypal accept it and its too easy to get. Checkout axis banks site for more info.

No point in creating VCC from HDFC either, as the verification code remains unavailable. HDFC and PayPal are just not compatible. You can however verify your account with the account deposit method.

Create a VCC, NETSAFE CARD and then add that CARD in the PAYPAL :D

I have done that, But NO USE, Mony sending is still not possible in INDIA

Am having problem wit adding the card wit paypal...it shows invalid card number....
