Built-in Clubs Names and badges(ability to add more from admin panel)
News(Based on Clubs, ie, categorised...can also be updated by users)
Chatrooms
Mobile, Touch & PC optimised
Paid Membership with customised and unique features
and some other features I'm to list out!
Ability to select to select soccer club on registration
Each club having its own custom theme/color and logo to match the exact club...

I want to know what its gon cost me to get such community script so I can know how to fix my Budgets....

I would recommend using a rss feed instead of grabbing sports news from sites (as they could stop working at any time)
Also you then could add more rss feeds by admin panel

uhm, no bro...I dont intend using any grabbers for the news feature....it will be manually posted/updated by members and admins...

price depends on how you want script to build, it also depends on developer you hire.

I think any forum script like smf, phpbb,bbPress,MyBB,esoTalk has the features you are looking.
