CPU Usage

My current site got blocked according to them for too much cpu usage .but in there cpanel they dont show the cpu usage ..anyways they said i must enable throttle policies on in oder for the firewall to be deactivated from my site ..lol i had to create throttle policies on Requests 15 hits for 30 secs..
sO im looking for a new host any ideas thanks

which host was u using? i use hostgator bt it shows cpu usage and my cpu usage never gone above 3 with 200+ online and 7gb + data on single script + Youtube script
the limit is 25 i prefer to use hostgator bt read this before using it
