Reason for suspended is he hosted Download Grabber when i backed him to new server his files was like 204 MB when i gone to backup again his file was 1.5 GB like yeah abuse to server and data centre

25% cpu and or memory for 60 sec's.
Combined 10% CPU & RAM over 24 hours.
400 email limit per domain per hour.
50 concurrent database connections at one time.
Apache threads to be open no longer then 999 seconds.
Max php session time of 300 seconds or less.
Limits are subject to change at anytime
