Good Host Any1?

Any1 aboard knows or own a good host can post here,
1.It may consist of a wap/web host/freehost/paidhost where i can test my sites 4speed,downtime suports etc b4 going about upgrading to a paid plan.
2.mp3+3gp, etc files allow and if posable not a shared host.
3.That popup cpanel always giving error,if posable a fantasico(if the spelling is correct) or 1 like 100ws/freehostia i like that 1.
4.Not looking 4 anything too big(may upgrade if posable or later).
5.Rather owners who i can talk to if my site is been reported abuse or that i somehow/what broken there TOS or am doing something wrong b4 going about deleting/suspending my sites.
6.Thats quite alot lol still post if it maches any of the above thanks.
