3ix.org sucks.I remember hosting in it when i started few years ago.
Lots of downtime.Then what more can you expect from a $1 host.

ok, well if the hosting is that cheap, i'm guessing it's gonna be pretty slow compared to proper paid "dedicated" hosting. cause i seen some sites on free or cheap servers running simple lava edits, that take up to 40 times the processing time mine does on my server... lags like mad but still works i guess, i just prefer speedy chatting to waiting 5 seconds before the page starts loading... and downtime, i'm not sure about...
