Need Host To Meet My Criteria

budget: $3-$4PM
am looking for a host to suite my needs, a reasonable amount of space/bandwidth php5+, mysql5+, mysqli enabled, gd lib and the usual(s). i was thinking about host monster but ama ad here. I dnt need unlimited ftp, mysql that i may never even use instead u could add the extras on bandwidth or space. Id rather a quota than unlimited this n that which only means trouble. Oh and someone who wnt take my scripts at the end of the day
